Products

What kind of material do you use for your products?

We produce high end products made from the best materials which provide comfort and quality. All the materials are made in Europe and high end with certificates of excellence which are used in the most extreme and toughest conditions where a defect in the material is not an option.

How can I select the right size?

You can select the right size with the help of our size charts.

Keep in mind that some of our materials are extra stretchy and can stretch up to +10 cm in width, so if you’re in between sizes, perhaps a size smaller would be more suitable.

And don’t worry, you can always return and exchange your item free of charge.

Can I machine wash the clothes?

You can, however, be careful and follow the instructions on the label.
Do NOT bleach and do NOT use fabric softener.

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

It usually takes 5-7 working days. Please see the shipping section for more information.

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the products are on their way out to you.

UK

For your convenience you will not be required to sign for your delivery. If however Royal Mail is not able to make delivery, your order will be returned to your local post office. You will receive a note under your door/mailbox, to let you know which post office has the parcel been returned to. Please make sure you pick up your order within 18 days from the day you receive the notice.

USA

For Standard Shipping. If you are not at home, your local mailman will drop the parcel either through your letter box or by your doorstep (if the parcel is too large).

For Express shipping service, if you missed your delivery, shipping agency will leave you a note by your door or through letter box, so you can arrange re-delivery or pick up. If you are not sure if your parcel has arrived, you can track your orders here.

Europe & Rest of the World

All Standard Shipping will be dispatched by your local postal service. If you have missed your delivery, they will either leave the parcel by your doorstep or through your letter box. In some cases the parcel may be returned to your local post office and you will receive a note to let you know which post office has the parcel been returned to.

For Express shipping service, if you missed your delivery, shipping agency will leave you a note by your door or through letter box, so you can arrange re-delivery or pick up. If you are not sure if your parcel has arrived, you can track your orders here.

Do you ship internationally?

We’d love everyone to enjoy our products so yes, we do ship worldwide.

What is your return policy?

Square One will provide refunds to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached 15 days from the date of delivery.

How do I return the items?

You fill out the form on our website and return the items via shipping company of your own choice. Please see the Returns & Exchanges section for a detailed answer.

Payments

How secure is paymet at your store?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

Do you store my credit card information?

Nope, we do not and cannot store your credit card info because we never have access to it. All credit card processing is handled by PayPal, a third-party company that securely handles payment processing for forward thinking businesses throughout the world.

What is a payment via PayPal?

I don't have a credit card. Do you accept bank transfers?

No worries. We accept bank transfers.

Do you offer cash on delivery for international customers?

We do not offer cash on delivery for international customers.

Account

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account when ordering from Square One online shop however this will allow you to: log back in to view your order history, manage your account, save billing and delivery details and receive special exclusive offers.

Problems logging into your account?

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log into your account please click on the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

If you are still having issues logging in after you have reset your password, then please contact us here.

I can't remember my password. What do I do?

If you cannot remember your sign in details, please click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login page where you will need to enter your email address. We will then send you a link so that you can create a new password and carry on shopping.

Can I close my account?

Yes. If you would like to close your account, please email info@squareone.si. Please note that if you have previously ordered online with us, we will retain your order details.
